Both the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague (KABK) as well as the Royal Conservatoire (RC) – the faculties of our institution – are qualifyed by the Dutch Tax Department as ‘institution allocating to the general good’ (in Dutch: ‘algemeen nut beogende instelling’ - ANBI). Thanks to this ANBI-status fiscal and financial advantages are available to gift tax on inheritances or gifts, to corporation tax and income tax. For example, natural and legal persons making donations to the KABK or RC may deduct their gifts from their Dutch income tax or corporate income tax.
