The University of the Arts The Hague has set up an online complaints desk for students’ legal protection. This desk receives the complaints, objections or appeals admitted by students and passes them on to the correct body to ensure that they are dealt with in an appropriate manner. Complaints in either Dutch or English can be sent to: klachtenloket@kabk.nl or klachtenloket@koncon.nl.
