This residence accommodates 11 single rooms for HdK. In total, more than 150 international students live here. You have your own room and bathroom, but share the kitchen. The building on Bazarlaan has four floors. There is no elevator. On the ground floor, there is a common area. The laundry room is also located on the ground floor of the Dorus Rijkersplein building, which is close to Bazarlaan. The laundry room is shared by residents of both Bazarlaan and Dorus Rijkersplein.
This building is equipped with MyPup lockers, allowing you to have all your packages delivered and returned at the MyPup Pick Up Point in your building. There are two bicycle storage areas: one at the back of the Bazarlaan building and one behind the Dorus Rijkersplein building.
The complex at Dorus Rijkersplein and Bazarlaan is located in one of the most popular neighborhoods of The Hague, known for its beautiful surroundings with many nice shops, restaurants, and cafés. For groceries, you won’t have to go far: you can walk to the city center of The Hague, and there are several supermarkets nearby. The beautiful Noordeinde Palace, along with the Royal Stables and Palace Gardens — perfect for enjoying the sun in summer — is within walking distance. There are several bus and tram stops also within walking distance.
This residence is located within 6 minutes by bike or 20 minutes by public transport from KABK, and ... by bike or ... by public transport from KC.
The fully furnished rooms are for single occupancy only. A linen set, blanket, and pillow will be waiting for you upon arrival. You can check the inventory list to see what furniture is available in your room.
